Mind Body Therapy

We live in tumultuous times.

Do you feel overwhelmed, struggling, or stuck? Between the headlines and the deadlines, maybe your body, mind, and spirit carry the longing for change, for connection, for ease.

Talking to someone who sees you and listens, warmly, openly, without judgement, can make a huge difference.

I offer mindful somatic therapy, short or longer term, depending on your needs. Together, we can figure out how to find your way to a greater sense of wholeness, harmony and freedom.

You don’t need to be in distress to seek therapy with me.

Are you are curious to know your self better? What has shaped you, patterns that influence how you relate to others and the world around you?

Who am I ?

As a human, I’m insatiably curious about the nature and mysteries of our embodied experience. Identity and belonging are two of my central quests. I’ve explored many modalities through the body, mind and spirit in service of both liberation and connection. My lived experience has led me to know that healing is not linear, a quick-fix, nor is it all in the mind. We can’t just think our way to lasting healing. The stories of our lives are carried in the body.

As a therapist, my approach is slow and nourishing, centred in Hakomi Experiential Psychotherapy. I weave skillful, compassionate listening and gentle body-based inquiry, together with 30 years experience in embodiment practices and evidence-based research, to bring a trauma-informed, grounded and holistic perspective of body, mind and spirit. Each session is unique and tailored to you.
